Charges and billing

Having contracted with you to supply vans with drivers on a daily basis (or on a regular but not daily basis), we ensure that your vans are available to work a 9.5 hour day. We will be pleased to fix the hours to coincide with your operational requirements.

London based companies

If the regular 'base' for a van to collect from or deliver to is situated within the North/South Circular area, then all work within the M25 is included in the standard day rate agreed in your contract. If the van travels outside of the M25, a small 'per mile' surcharge is applied.

Companies outside of 'central' London

If the regular 'base' for a van to collect from or deliver to is outside of the North/South Circular area, we will agree on the most suitable of the following models.

• A maximum daily mileage, with a 'per mile' surcharge applied for any excess mileage incurred during the day.
• All journeys within a 20 mile radius of the base included in an agreed daily rate, with a 'per mile' surcharge made for journeys outside the radius.
• Individual charges made for each journey, billed on top of an agreed daily vehicle charge.

Invoicing

At the end of each month we will send you a single invoice, itemising all charges incurred by each van you contract from us. Settlement is due at 30 days.
